Customizing Job Board statuses
Rename, recolor, reorder and hide the columns on your Job Board.
Owners and managers with workflow permission can change statuses under Settings → Workflow.
- Rename a status to match the words your team uses.
- Recolor it so it stands out on the board.
- Hide statuses you do not use from the board.
- Reorder by dragging.
Changes apply to every location in your organization.
