This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses AutoSync Shop Manager. Violations may lead to suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.
You may not
- Send text messages or emails to people who have not consented to receive them, or ignore opt-out requests
- Send spam, deceptive, harassing or unlawful content through the Service
- Attempt to access another organization's data or bypass permissions, rate limits or security controls
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission
- Upload malware or content you do not have the right to share
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan
- Use the API in a way that degrades performance for other customers
Messaging standards
Customer messages should relate to the customer's vehicle, appointments, estimates, invoices or offers they have agreed to receive. Include your shop name and honor STOP requests.
