How do I change my plan or billing cycle?
Upgrading, downgrading and switching between monthly and annual billing.
Account owners and users with billing permission can change the plan from Settings → Billing.
- Open Settings and choose Billing & plan.
- Select the plan and billing cycle you want.
- Confirm the change. New features are available immediately after an upgrade.
If you downgrade, features not included in the new plan are hidden but your data is kept.
