Technician: complete the inspection
Start the inspection from the repair order, rate each item, add photos and measurements, and mark findings that need work.
Advisor: build the estimate
Recommended findings become jobs. Apply canned jobs where they fit; labor rates and parts matrices price them automatically.
Send for approval
Send the estimate by text, email or both. The customer sees each job with its photos and approves, declines or defers each one.
Act on the decision
Approved jobs move the repair order forward on the Job Board. Declined work is saved on the vehicle for next time.
